These Terms & Conditions govern all orders and purchases made through Siaram Jewelry ("we," "us," "our"). By placing an order or otherwise using our Services, you are agreeing to the terms set out below.
Prices for our products may change at any time without prior notice. Siaram Jewelry reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any product or service at our sole discretion.
Price adjustments take effect once published. In cases where changes materially impact an existing order, we will provide reasonable notice when possible.
Siaram Jewelry shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
Full payment is required at checkout.
Once a custom piece is delivered, no refunds, returns, or exchanges are permitted, except as described under Custom & Defective Items below.

A 50% deposit is required before production begins. Once production has started, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
Final design approval is required before manufacturing. Once approved, manufacturing begins and no further changes can be made.
Custom creations may be developed in two ways: you provide the exact design you wish to create, or we collaborate to refine the design together.
The remaining 50% is due upon delivery.
After a custom piece is completed, no refunds or exchanges are permitted. No exceptions will be made, as this ensures the integrity of our process and craftsmanship.
Any custom design, concept, or inspiration submitted to us may be reproduced and offered for sale at our discretion, unless an exclusivity agreement has been made in writing.
Orders generally require up to one week of processing before shipping.
Please allow 3–4 business days for your order to be prepared and dispatched. Once your order has been dispatched, you will be notified accordingly.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly during busy periods, holidays, or due to circumstances beyond our control.
As each Siaram Jewelry piece is carefully crafted, some designs may occasionally be unavailable. If your selected item is out of stock, please allow a production time of 1–3 weeks before dispatch. We appreciate your patience, as this allows us to ensure every piece meets our quality standards.
If your order contains both in-stock and made-to-order items, it may be shipped once the entire order is ready, unless otherwise agreed.
Shipping timelines and costs (paid by the customer) vary by destination and carrier. Siaram Jewelry is not responsible for postal or courier delays, loss, or damage once an order has been dispatched.
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
At Siaram, every piece is carefully inspected and quality-checked before shipment to ensure it meets our standards.
Returns are only accepted for exchanges. We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. We do not offer or accept returns for refunds, returns on sale items, or gift cards.

Upon receipt of the returned item, Siaram Jewelry will inspect the piece to ensure it meets our return eligibility requirements. If the return is accepted, we will contact you and dispatch the selected replacement item, subject to availability. If the item does not meet our eligibility requirements, the exchange request may be declined and the item will be returned to you.
Approved returns are eligible for exchange only. Customers who return an eligible item without selecting a replacement will not receive a refund, store credit, or credit toward a future purchase. Refunds are only available for approved cases involving damaged or defective items — see Refunds below.
Due to the bespoke nature of these items, all personalised, engraved, custom-made, and limited-edition pieces are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Following review and approval, Siaram may offer one of the following remedies:

We only offer refunds for items that arrive damaged or defective and have been approved following inspection.
If a refund is approved, you'll be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
