Send your idea, sketch, reference or details of a stone you own. Our goldsmiths propose a drawing, metal, stone and finish. We refine the proposal with you and obtain written approval through your order channel.
Approval covers the design, spelling and lettering, size, metal colour, stones, price and timing. Please check every detail, including Arabic lettering. There is no separate design fee. We check manufacturing feasibility before requesting a production deposit.
After approval, we request a 50% deposit by payment link. Once it clears, we submit the order for production and confirm submission. The deposit is refundable before submission. After submission it is non-refundable if you cancel. We disclose this before payment.
For courier orders, the remaining 50% must be paid before delivery. For collection or delivery personally by Siaram Jewelry, the balance is paid at handover, before we release the piece. Any delivery fee is separate and disclosed in advance.
If, after taking payment, Siaram cannot supply the agreed piece and you do not accept an alternative, we will refund the payments for that piece. This is different from a customer deciding to cancel a producible, approved piece after production submission.
Custom production and delivery normally take three to four weeks from production submission after approval and cleared deposit, within available delivery areas. Design development is additional. A special occasion date is guaranteed only if expressly agreed in writing.
Changes after submission may not be possible. We quote any additional cost and revised timing for your approval. If we followed your approval of an incorrect spelling or size, correction, resizing or remaking may carry extra labour and material charges, depending on feasibility. Siaram errors are corrected at our expense.
Bespoke, personalised and specifically altered pieces are not eligible for returns under our 14-day offer once production or alteration has begun, subject to any applicable legal rights. If such a piece arrives defective or damaged, we will agree a solution with you, which may include repair; if we send the wrong piece or materially depart from the approved design, we will send the correct piece at no extra cost. The Returns and Warranty policies apply to these problems.
Before accepting your stone, we agree an intake record of its description, photographs, visible condition, declared value and proposed work. We explain identified risks before you authorise work. The stone remains yours.
Unless exclusivity is agreed in writing, Siaram may reproduce and sell its own designs, including custom designs. Customer-owned materials and rights remain yours; you authorise their use to assess and fulfil your order. Supply only materials you may lawfully use. This is not a blanket licence to commercially reuse customer-owned designs.
We may photograph and share our pieces without identifying the customer. We will seek permission before sharing customer photographs, names, identifying personal inscriptions or other details that link a piece to an identifiable person. Product-only photographs that contain no such identifying information do not require separate customer approval.
