Siaram digital gift vouchers start at US$100, with no stated maximum. They are issued to a named recipient and sent to the phone number or email address provided by the purchaser. The purchaser should check those details before confirming the order.
Each voucher states its value, unique reference, issue date and expiry date. It is valid for six months from purchase. Please redeem it by the stated expiry date; after that date it cannot ordinarily be used.
The named recipient may redeem a voucher through our website, by message or in person. Vouchers are non-transferable. We may check the reference and purchase details and, where reasonably necessary, visually inspect identification to confirm the recipient. We do not require a copy of the identification for routine voucher redemption.
A voucher may pay for eligible jewellery, including a custom-order deposit or full custom payment, and sale items if offered. It cannot pay delivery charges. If the order costs more than the remaining voucher value, the customer pays the difference through an accepted payment method.
A voucher must be applied to an accepted order before expiry. The piece may be produced or delivered after that date. For a custom order, design approval and application of the voucher to the required payment must be completed before expiry; merely starting a design enquiry does not redeem it.
If a purchase uses only part of the voucher, the remaining value stays on the same voucher and can be used for further eligible purchases until its original expiry date. Partial use does not start a new six-month period. A voucher balance is different from separately issued store credit.
The purchaser may request cancellation and a refund of an entirely unused voucher within 14 calendar days of purchase. Once a voucher has been partly or fully used, this voluntary cancellation offer no longer applies. Apart from this offer, the approved-return arrangements below and any applicable legal refund right, vouchers are not exchanged for cash.
Jewellery purchased using a gift voucher follows our Returns and exchanges policy. Request an eligible return or exchange within 14 calendar days after receiving or collecting the piece and meet the applicable return conditions. For an approved return, the voucher-funded amount is restored as voucher value with its original expiry date; any refundable top-up is returned to the original payment method. Returning an item does not extend the voucher's validity.
You may choose an exchange instead of restoring voucher value. If the voucher expires during the return process, you may still apply the voucher-funded amount from the approved return directly towards a replacement piece. Any top-up retained towards the exchange also counts towards its value. You pay any additional amount if the replacement costs more. This arrangement does not extend or reactivate any other expired voucher balance.
If the replacement piece costs less than the value available from your approved return, we will refund the difference or, with your agreement, issue store credit valid for 12 months from issue. This applies even if the original gift voucher has expired. Monetary refunds go to the original purchaser as explained in our Returns policy. These arrangements do not restrict any refund or other remedy required by law.
If the recipient loses the message or email, we can resend the same valid voucher after verification. Resending does not create extra value or extend expiry. If the purchaser supplied the wrong contact details, contact us with the order reference and corrected details. Only the named recipient may redeem the voucher; possession of a forwarded message alone does not authorise redemption.
Tell us promptly if a reference may have been misused. We will check the remaining balance and redemption records and may disable a compromised reference and issue a secure reference for the same verified remaining value. This does not duplicate the voucher or guarantee reimbursement for every misuse claim; legal rights remain unaffected.
